STRIP

St Michael’s Fortress

Alfonso López González (Spain/Germany)

STRIP draws the line as a path, a direction, a trajectory. A strip traces a route that attracts, repels, absorbs, or pushes away the bodies that encounter it. Through this path, performers meet, drift apart, confront, or orbit one another.

If the line collapses, STRIP asks: if the socially drawn path vanishes, what remains of those meant to follow it?
